Shipping policy

We currently ship Australia wide through Australia Post.

We pride ourselves on prompt service. If you place an order from Monday to Friday, we'll ensure it's processed and shipped within 2-8 days. After placing an order, you will recieve a confirmation email and a shipping confirmation once we have dispatched your items.

For any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Standard postage is a flat rate $10. Express postage is $15.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Move Collective is not responsble for any delays casued by Australia Post or other third parties, especially around public holidays and busy periods such as Christmas.
